Fernando Becerril is a mechanical and electrical engineer who specialises in electronics. In addition to his activities related to patent practice, where he focuses particularly on electronics, telecommunications, business methods and software, he is responsible for the institutional relations of BC&B with national and international authorities.
Becerril regularly participates as a speaker and moderator in IP forums either in Mexico or abroad. He has published several articles related to domain names, business methods, software patents and digital transformation. He was a columnist of the Mexican magazine Alto Nivel from 2015 until 2019, and of the well-known magazine Entrepreneur.

Juan Carlos Amaro leads the IP litigation group, the trademark and copyright group and the corporate and commercial law group.
He is an active member of International Trademark Association (INTA), American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Mexican Bar Association (BMA), and the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), where he actively collaborates on the litigation and international trademark law and practice committees.

Octavio Espejo is the leader of the patents and technology team, responsible for patents, utility models and industrial designs filing, prosecution and maintenance; technological intelligence studies, IP valuation and technical aspects of patent litigation. He also manages the technology transfer office.
Espejo leads the operation of the Guadalajara branch office and the department of specialised translations. He has been the head of the maintenance of IP rights practice, including trademarks and copyrights.
Espejo has written several articles for national and international publications and has been a speaker at the International Congresses of LES, AIPLA and AIPPI.
