Fernando Becerril is a mechanical and electrical engineer, specialised in electronics. He graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
He obtained a diploma in management skills from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. He joined BC&B in 1990 having different responsibilities in the firm. Currently he is senior partner and director of business development.
In addition to his patent practice focused on telecommunications, business methods and software, he has been a speaker in IP forums related to patents, trademarks and software, and has published articles related to domain names, business methods and software.
He is an active member of AMPPI, AIPPI, INTA, ASIPI, FICPI and LES.

Juan Carlos Amaro is an attorney at law, with a postgraduate degree in constitutional law from the Universidad Panamericana. He obtained an ILEC from Cambridge in 2006.

Octavio Espejo is a mechanical and electrical engineer and attorney at law. He is a partner at BC&B Law and Business, where he leads the patent division in charge of filing and prosecution of patent-related rights, the Tech Transfer Office and manages the firm’s branch in Guadalajara.
