Khoo Guan Huat heads the IP and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) disputes practice at Skrine. He is frequently called upon to act as senior counsel both in the litigation and arbitration space in a myriad of cases which includes commercial and civil disputes.
He regularly sits as arbitrator in international and domestic arbitrations conducted under various rules of arbitration including the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce, and UNCITRAL.
He is on the panel of arbitrators for the AIAC and is registered as foreign lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Charmayne Ong heads the IP practice and the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice at Skrine.
She has extensive experience in both spaces and has worked with regulators, public institutions and companies of all sizes in shaping the future of IP and TMT.
Ong’s expertise includes managing the registration of and general advisory and drafting work relating to the classic forms of IP rights (trademarks, copyright, industrial design rights, and patents).
