Upon graduating, he joined Lehman Brothers where he assisted with the initial public offerings for numerous property and casualty insurance companies within the US and offshore. In 2008, he joined Barclays Bank where he focused his efforts upon developing comprehensive investment solutions for captive insurance companies.

In 2013, he joined Morgan Stanley to continue delivering best-in-class service to his captive insurance clients, and further develop the investment consulting practice tailored for insurance clients at Morgan Stanley. Through his tireless efforts and insatiable thirst for knowledge, Gaziano became a trusted advisor to organisations seeking to navigate the intricate landscape of investing for captive insurance entities.

Gaziano has worked with clients in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction, engineering, professional services, and many more, addressing their unique risk profiles and strategic objectives within the investment portfolios on behalf of their captive insurance entities.
