The experience in this industry has been eye-opening and afforded me many opportunities that I have been most grateful for.
Would you recommend the captive insurance industry to young people as a future career path?
Without a doubt, I would recommend the captive industry, there are many opportunities in this industry whether banking, account management or administration that can kick-start a career.
How do you feel that the captive insurance industry will evolve?
I believe that captive insurance has its strength in innovation and its capabilities. The relevance of a captive insurance option is not going away any time soon. I see constant change and that creates an environment for growth and evolution.
Do you think that your long-term future remains in the captive insurance industry?
My recent move to compliance is just one of the steps in my journey but I am sure to revisit the captives industry in the future.
