Digital Magazine Ad Specs

For all ad types, a mockup or layout guide must be supplied as reference, unless we are responsible for creating the ad from scratch.

For all ad types the following file types can be supplied: Layered Photoshop PSD with embedded smart objects (ideal) however depending on the creative a Jpeg, PNG, SVG, Ai, EPS and PDF may be acceptable too. All fonts used should accompany the files

All video types should be supplied in the following format: 1920x1080, 30fps max in MP4 format or as a hosted video.

Full Screen Ad (Enhanced - Responsive)

Supply elements in layered PSD format with all elements such a logos embedded into the file via smart objects. Any fonts used should also accompany the file. Ie Logos would link to vector versions. Guidance layouts in landscape and portrait can be supplied (although the nature of a responsive Ad will require adaption and will not match exactly) Can include video as a background (for Desktop versions only). For Tablet and Mobile you could either supply a static PDF or JPG or we can create static reinterpretation of the Rich Banner from the elements provided.

Full Page Std Ads

Supply Ads (in PDF of JPEG format) for both tablets and mobile in the following proportions Full Screen Ad - Desktop- Ratio 16:9 - Maximum file size - 3840px × 2160px (minimum 1920px x 1080px) Full Screen Ad - Mobile & Tablet - Ratio 9:16 - Maximum file size - 2160px × 3840px (minimum 1080px x 1920px) Underscrollers (Full Page and Half Page) can be either Rich, Responsive or Standard, the elements supplied would remain the same.

In-page Ads

Supply Ads (in PDF format) at following "Half Page/Screen” - Desktop- Ratio 32:9 - Maximum file size - 3840px × 1080px (minimum 1920px x 540px) "Half Page/Screen” - Mobile - Ratio 1:1 - Maximum file size - 2160 × 2160 (minimum 1080px x 1080)

"Billboard/Quarter Page" Std Ads

Supply Ads (in PDF format) at following "Billboard/Quarter Page” - Desktop and Mobile - Ratio 1940px x 500px

Full-Page Takeovers

Billboard (Desktop + Mobile): Ratio: 1940px x 500px Skyscraper (Desktop): Ratio: 600px x 1200px Background Static: Ratio: 3840px × 2160px (minimum 1920px x 1080px). This will be covered by content, so should be thematic rather than specific. MPU (Mobile): Ratio: 600x500 Mobile Leaderboard - Ratio: 640px x 100px
